The Story
My journey began with a simple observation: most enterprises are drowning in data but starving for insight. Having spent over 5 years consulting for global organizations, I saw brilliant strategies fail not because of poor vision, but due to poor execution and fragmented technology stacks.
I realized that the traditional consulting model was broken. It was often about maximizing billable hours rather than maximizing impact. I wanted to change that.
