We find this on company websites, public business listings and directories, and through email-finding services.
• Correspondence: Emails and other messages between you and us, including replies to our outreach.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and improve our consulting and software services.
• Respond to your inquiries and support requests.
• Contact businesses we believe may benefit from our services (business-to-business outreach), and follow up on replies.
• Keep records of our outreach so we do not contact you twice and so we can honour opt-outs.

3. Outreach and Opting Out

Where the law requires a legal basis for contacting you, we rely on our legitimate interest in offering relevant services to businesses. Every outreach email includes an Unsubscribe link. When you use it, we stop emailing you right away. You can also write to info@prnvp.com and ask us to stop. After you opt out we keep a minimal record of your email address on a do-not-contact list, so that we do not contact you again. If you want to know where we found your details, ask and we will tell you.

4. Data Sharing and Service Providers

We do not sell your personal information. We share data with service providers who help us run our website and business, and who may only use it for that purpose. These include providers of our email (Microsoft), customer records and meeting scheduling (HubSpot), website hosting and network services (Vercel, Cloudflare), website analytics (Google), accounting, and AI services that help us draft and sort messages (Anthropic). The text we send to those AI services is processed under the provider's terms and is limited to what is needed for the task.

5. International Transfers

We operate from India, and our service providers process data in India, the United States and other countries. By contacting us or using our website you understand that your information may be processed outside your country of residence.

6. How Long We Keep Information

We keep information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes above or to meet legal and tax obligations. Records of business contacts are deleted on request, except for the minimal do-not-contact record described in section 3. Client records are kept as long as needed for the contract and the law.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information, including access controls and encrypted connections. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
