Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Consulting & Development Services

Due to the nature of our bespoke consulting and software development services, project fees are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

  • Retainers: Monthly retainer fees are paid in advance and are non-refundable for the current month.
  • Project Milestones: Payments made for completed and approved milestones are non-refundable.
  • Deposits: Initial deposits for booking time/resources are non-refundable unless the project is cancelled by prnvp&co.

2. Cancellation by Client

Clients may cancel a project or service agreement by providing written notice as specified in their Service Agreement or Statement of Work (typically 30 days). The client will be billed for all work completed up to the cancellation date.

3. Cancellation by prnvp&co

We reserve the right to cancel services for cause (e.g., non-payment, breach of contract) or convenience. If we cancel for convenience, we will refund any pre-paid fees for services not yet rendered.

4. Disputes

If you believe an invoice is incorrect or a refund is due under specific contract terms, please contact us immediately at info@prnvp.com to resolve the issue.
