As prnvp&co primarily offers digital consulting, software development, and advisory services, the concept of "shipping" physical goods does not typically apply. However, in the interest of transparency and compliance with payment gateway requirements (such as Razorpay), our policy regarding service delivery is outlined below.

1. Service Delivery Timeline

The timeline for delivery of our services is determined on a project-by-project basis and will be clearly specified in the Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement signed before the commencement of any work.

  • Consulting Sessions: Scheduled and delivered via video conferencing (e.g., Google Meet, Zoom) or in-person as agreed.
  • Software Deliverables: Code, reports, and documentation are delivered digitally via secure repositories (e.g., GitHub, GitLab) or email.

2. Mode of Delivery

All deliverables are provided electronically. We do not ship physical products unless explicitly stated in a specific contract (e.g., hardware associated with an IoT project), in which case shipping costs and timelines will be agreed upon in advance.

3. International Clients

For our international clients, all services remain digital. No customs, duties, or physical shipping fees apply.

4. Delays & Communication

We strive to meet all agreed-upon deadlines. In the event of an unavoidable delay, we will communicate proactively with the client to agree on a revised schedule.
